I built Strata because it should be far easier for doctors (especially practice owners) and other healthcare professionals to find and evaluate the foundational resources they rely on throughout their careers than it historically has been. From loans and legal/accounting/consulting services to practice management softwares, AI tools, and CE courses, Strata brings the best options on the market into one easy-to-navigate marketplace and pairs intuitive search results with reviews written exclusively by clinical peers.
The retail healthcare resource space has been opaque and fragmented for decades by design - lucrative referral and partnership agreements drive recommendations and introductions to an unhealthy degree and doctors are the ones who experience the downsides of these dynamics.
Strata is radically different - we are pro-information availability, solution agnostic, and hyper-focused on empowering practitioners and practices. Information availability is the solution to information asymmetry and Strata is working to ensure doctors are equipped to make the best decisions possible by building strong product/service foundations selected through efficient discovery and peer-review powered diligence processes.
In nature, strata are layers - these occur in rock formations, air masses, oceans/lakes, and snowpacks. They are also orderings and subsets - classifications and organizational structures. Strata are foundational to our natural environments. Strata, as a business, helps healthcare professionals compile the many products and services that make up the foundational layers of their personal and professional tool kit.
